Sustainable materials & experiments

At the Legeland Lab, we explore the future of sustainable materials and innovative technologies. Our focus is on two key areas: connecting textiles with natural resources such as food, and developing particularly innovative, technologically advanced, and environmentally friendly solutions. We experiment with alternative raw materials, test new manufacturing processes, and collaboratively explore ways to make industry more sustainable. This is where ideas emerge that push boundaries - from natural dyes from food waste to next-generation high-tech materials.

Every innovation is tested for its environmental compatibility, durability, and aesthetics before it goes into production. Products developed in the lab are part of the Legeland Premium Line. We are currently working on several exciting projects, which we will present shortly.
