Transparency in every step

Legeland everyWear

Legeland everyWear stands for 100% EU cotton, a fair and transparent supply chain and fashion that is entirely spun, woven, dyed, and processed in Europe.

Our everyWear twill pieces are also treated with Teflon EcoElite™ – an innovative, plant-based waterproofing treatment that makes fabrics naturally water-repellent. The technology is based on bio-based raw materials from renewable plants and is completely fluorochemical-free. It reliably protects against rain, splashes, and stains – without weighing down the fabric or altering its pleasant feel. This means our everyWear stays clean longer, dries faster, and retains its authentic look – even after many washes and tough use.

Teflon EcoElite™ stands for function with attitude – for a new generation of workwear that is technically strong yet remains natural.

EU cotton

Our cotton grows where tradition, technology, and nature are in harmony – in the sun-drenched south of Spain. Together with our partners Algosur and Finca Las Lomas, we source high-quality EU cotton that impresses with short supply chains, full traceability, and an exceptional commitment to the environment and quality.

Algosur, based in Los Palacios y Villafranca (Andalusia), is one of the leading cotton producers in the European Union. The company combines agricultural expertise with state-of-the-art technology and regenerative farming methods. Every step, from seed to ginning, is documented – for maximum transparency and consistently sustainable production.

Lining

Many of our fabrics begin with a fiber with exceptional properties: TENCEL™ Lyocell from Lenzing. It forms the basis of our shirts and linings – combining nature, innovation, and responsibility in a unique way.

Lenzing has been producing in Austria for decades and is a global leader in the development of biodegradable cellulose fibers from sustainably sourced wood. These fibers are silky soft, breathable, and temperature-regulating - creating a feel you'll immediately feel.

Garmenting

Our shirts and workwear are created where experience, dedication, and modern craftsmanship come together – at DIMIS SA, our long-standing manufacturing partner in Greece and North Macedonia. Since 1965, DIMIS has been producing high-quality clothing with a keen eye for cut, fit, and detail. In the workshops north of Thessaloniki, our fabrics are cut, sewn, ironed, and carefully inspected – with great pride in each individual piece.

We are proud to have DIMIS as a partner who shares our values: respect, quality, and reliability. Together, we create long-lasting garments that stand up to everyday wear – and tell stories of honest craftsmanship.

Finishing

Our workwear twill pieces are treated with Teflon EcoElite™ – an innovative, plant-based waterproofing treatment that makes fabrics naturally water-repellent.

This finish is based on bio-based raw materials from renewable plants and is completely free of fluorine chemicals. It reliably protects against rain, splashes, and stains without weighing down the fabric or altering its pleasant feel. This means our workwear stays clean longer, dries faster, and retains its authentic look – even after numerous washes and tough use.

Teflon EcoElite™ stands for function that takes responsibility – and for a new generation of workwear that is technically strong yet remains natural.

buttons

Our buttons are produced in a European production network between Italy and Lithuania.

Innovative materials are developed in Italy – such as our BIORESIN buttons, made from bio-based resins with over 25% natural, renewable raw materials, including residues from fruits and vegetables.

In Lithuania, they are then processed, dyed, and finished with the utmost precision – within Europe, without long transport routes.
