How much are the shipping costs?

We keep it simple – flat shipping rates, no surprises:

Germany: €6
European Union: €15
UK, Switzerland, Norway & others: €19
USA, Canada, Asia & Middle East: €39
Rest of the world: €49
Special regions (e.g. Channel Islands, Gibraltar, Kosovo): €69

The price always stays the same – no matter how many items you order.

How long does delivery take after my order has been shipped?

Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs inspections.
This can occasionally extend the delivery time.

Shipping time within Germany: 1–3 days
Shipping time within Europe: 3–10 days
Worldwide shipping time: 7–14 days

How can I track my order?

As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email including the tracking number and details of the shipping provider.
Please also check your spam folder if you cannot find the email.
